Any product deemed a “stocked product” is returnable within 60 days of purchase with a valid receipt and is subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Pavers & wall product returns must be packaged as they were sold (e.g. sections or layers with mesh between the layers)
Random flagstone is NOT REFUNDABLE with the exception of an unopened pallet.
Natural wall stone – Due to the nature of random size, shapes & color no returns will be accepted.
Job site pickup returns are subject to a minimum fee of $190 in addition to a possible 25% restocking fee. This is determined by the distance from the showroom and the condition of the material.
Clearance, Discounted & Showroom displays purchases are considered final sale.
