At The Stone Depot we strive to serve and assist you with calculating the exact quantity and style of stone and materials you may need for your job. However, sometimes there are changes and overages in our estimates. The Stone Depot cannot be responsible for too much or too little material being ordered.
At The Stone depot we have years of experience with all of our products. We do our very best to supply only quality products that stand the test of time in our climate. From time to time, especially with natural stone, it’s possible to experience “flaking” or cracking of certain stones. This is usually naturally occurring and cannot be warrantied by The Stone Depot. Only products with a manufacturers warranty will be covered. Any warranty issued will cover the replacement of materials only and not labour costs. Please check with an associate for details.
All Bulk Materials, Sand, Gravels, Mulches and Soils are FINAL SALE only Any NON-STOCK products are FINAL SALE. Please check with associate if you are unsure. Any random flagstones, wall stones, specialty cut products, discontinued or discounted products are FINAL SALE only. Returns will be accepted on the following STOCK products: concrete pavers, walls, caps square cut flagstone Steps sills *ALL authorized returns may subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Any Special orders require a 50% deposit Custom Cutting must be paid in full before being processed.
